M&M Protection, LLC provides one-on-one training for your personnel, at your location. We provide courses that meet regulatory requirements, but more than that, we provide cost effective training that your personnel can rely on. Our training is unlike the standard open-enrollment training you may encounter. For the same cost or less, your site personnel will receive training on-site that accurately reflects the needs of those personnel. M&M offers limited classroom and majority hands-on training to reinforce the actual field applicability the training offers. The goal of our training programs is not strictly compliance, but getting your personnel comfortable with what it is they will be doing after they are trained. Regulatory required and non-required training is available on-site and will be customized to your site specific needs.

In addition to standard training programs, M&M Protection, LLC specializes in training suited for the executive level personnel. This training will focus on the roles and expectations of each departmental representative in a certain situation. This training can be customized for almost any topic relating to safety, health, enviromental issues, and emergency response.

M&M Protection, LLC will also host training courses at any location of your choice. M&M will facilitate and train at Texas A&M, Lamar, or any other training ground at your request. If your needs are multi-faceted, we will establish a training course and offer open-enrollment to subsidize the cost to your facility alone.
